Company Background
Mr. Ouk Sok Lay, the head of Green Eco Construction, started out as a sole contractor in 1991 with his first start in the construction industry being the development of the Naga Entrance Bridge. He continued to garner experience and reputation throughout 1992 to 1996 with the construction of many residential villas, which is easily notable throughout the city with its unique Khmer designs. His big break came at the end of 1996, with his first big project being the construction of one of the most famous universities in the country, Pannasastra University. With this success and along with many other notable commercial and institutional projects throughout the years, Mr. Ouk started Green Eco Construction to continue his work and legacy of architectural design works and construction.
